Who does not like pasta? I think everyone likes it. And the key in pasta recipes is the sauce. You can make from a simple tomato sauce, to the most complex sauce recipe. You can vary some ingredients, and suddenly you have a light sauce, or a vegetable sauce.
Pasta is a generic term for an Italian recipe which means variants of noodles, food made from dough of flour, water and eggs. Pasta is high in complex carbohydrates and takes longer time to digest which means your stomach is still full several hours after eating.
Typically a meat sauce, bolognaise was simmered for hours with a small amount of milk and tomato, carrot, celery and onion and served either as a part of a lasagna dish or with flat fresh pasta called tagliatelle, the original recipe has over the years and throughout different households and countries taken on a lot of different characteristics.
