Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp all purpose or wheat floor
- 2 cups of breast milk or organic whole cow milk
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar or swiss cheese
Method:
Heat a nonstick saucepan over medium-low heat and melt the butter in it. Stir in the floor gradually, mix butter and floor well together and let it cook for next 2-3 minutes. Now, add the milk gradually in multiple steps and keep whisking with a spoon in between. Let it cook for another 10-15 minutes while stirring often until it gets thicken like sauce consistency and just start boiling. Add the cheese and melt it by stirring regularly. Turn off the heat and allow it to cool.
