Ingredients:
- 1 chicken breast fillet
- 200g fresh apricots
- 1 cup whole milk
- A pinch of grated nutmeg
- A few sprigs of parsley finely chopped
- 2 cardamoms very finely crushed and husk discarded
Cooking Procedure:
In a sauce pan, put in the chicken fillet and the fresh apricots, peeled, cut into quarters and seeds removed along with the chopped parsley, grated nutmeg and crush cardamom seeds. Pour over the milk covering the ingredients and allow to simmer until the chicken and the apricots are tender and the milk is almost consumed.
Remove from the stove and allow to cool. Once the chicken and apricot pieces have cooled down, cut the chicken into small pieces and put everything into an electric blender. Run at medium speed until the chicken and apricots are well blended and form a smooth paste. Scoop some of this tasty mixture and put into a feeding bowl to feed your baby, while storing the remaining paste in the refrigerator for another day.
