Baby cereals and apple puree.
Few cubes of cheddar cheese and carrot sticks with some hummus

Day 4 – Recipe – Weetabix with warm milk and mango puree

Cook all the berries together in a saucepan with a sprinkle of sugar and some apple juice until the fruit is still holding together but not disintegrated.

Half a slice of toast with Dairylea or Marmite and a yoghurt.
Toast and yoghurt: Use thin wholemeal bread, preferably from a little 400g loaf. For the yoghurt, try Petit Filous.
Apricot and peach puree: Lightly boil the apricot and peach in some water. You could add a bit of vanilla to the water. When tender, hand blend.

Try this six day menu to give you some ideas in variety for your little ones. Remember, if you want them to try a variety of food one way of doing this is to give them the same dinner as you and your partner have, but pureed.

Delicious and a great first taste for your baby. Try little bits of chive in it, but try and use something that’s not too strong. Don’t use salt – and try hard to find an unsalted cheese.
