With a vegetarian in the house, any sauce with cheese in it is a staple diet.
Luckily all of us enjoy cheese sauce, and sometimes I’ll just make a white sauce if we don’t want the taste of the roasted vegetables overpowered, but on any given day, this is a real life saver!
This recipe is a lovely twist on cottage pie, using stewing steak instead of mince, which gives a really nice texture and flavour.
Make buttery mash with lots of cream, salt, and pepper, and pipe it on the top. Sprinkle a little bit of cheddar cheese on the top, and serve with a simple mix of green vegetables.
Enchiladas are all down to personal choice. You could add beef, chicken, mushrooms. You could add chilli and make the dish fiery, or you could serve it with guacamole or a sour cream dip for a lovely mellow flavour

Most of the babies easily accept fish as their food beacuse fish is easy to eat and delicate in flavour. Fish recipes could be introduced to babies when they reach 10 months of age.
In a pan, pour some water and cook the salmon and cod for 5 minutes. Drain the fishes and put them back into the pan. Now, add the peas, chives, crème fraiche and seasoning into the pan. Let them cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove from the fire and cool for sometime.
