Recipes for babies

If you are worried about how to combine healthiness and tastiness of baby food then try to follow these simple rules.

Try to do make baby food attractive as babies would be attracted to the food also it is good way to hide healthy ingredients. Some of the ingredients which you could use to decorate food are ornament salad, parsley or fennel leaves.

You can draw some funny face on the porridge using jam; you can cut in some unusual way such vegetables as cucumbers, radish, carrot and tomatoes. Try to dispose them on the plate in some attractive way. For example it can be made a picture of a flower, or a butterfly. Be as creative, as you can manage. It will be difficult only at first, but then you can even enjoy this play.

Also try to collect all recipes, that seems to be both healthy, simple to prepare and tasty. There is an opinion, that healthy meals are difficult to prepare and if you want to get some really tasty food, you should also use a lot of various and exotic ingredients. But this is not truth. Actually simple dishes can be very tasty and healthy in the same time.

Here are some baby food recipes, that you can suggest to your baby, as soon as he or she will be able to champ (10-11 months approximately). Before giving some of these dishes you should be sure, that your baby is not allergic for some of the ingredients.

Salad

Grate a carrot on a grinding machine, then add two tea spoons of sour cream and add two or three chopped dried plums. Please note, that you have no need to add any sugar. Mix it well – you have got a sweet and also full of vitamin A dish. If you want to make it even daintier, and if your baby is not allergic, you can also add there some grated walnuts. This dish can help, if your baby has inclination to coprostasia, in this situation you should put some more dried plums and also add some dried apricots.

Stewed vegetables

You should take a big pan for this. Slice two or three medium carrots, put them into a pan, add some water and stew for 10 minutes on the slack fire. This time cut into dice two or three eggplants and 5 or 6 bell peppers.

The peppers should be shelled from the seeds. Then add these vegetables to the carrot and keep stewing for another half hour. Then crumble up green stuff, you like (the most fit would be such as dill and parsley). Add it in the pan and stew for two or three other minutes (not more, as otherwise all useful vitamins will disappear).

While preparing you can add boiled water in the pan, if needed. You have no need to add any oil. But if you want you can add some olive oil, when the dish will be ready. This can be a grate garnish for the meat or it is also tasty with cheese.

A soup with meatballs

Take a pan; fill it with water for ¾. Put it on fire. While the water is being on the boil cut in cubes 1 carrot, 1 onion, 3 or 4 potatoes and put them in water. Let them boil for 20 minutes (the vegetables should become easy breakable). Then take minced meat, make little balls and put them into the soup.

Prepare another 5 minutes, and then add eatable greens in according to your tastes and some salt. The soup is ready. As can you see, if you have got minced meat the preparation takes only 25 minutes or so.
